Starr is a Director of Business Development in Acquis’ Salesforce practice, helping build and expand its footprint and success. She has over 12+ years of Sales and Sales Leadership experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, working with customers of all sizes and industries. Starr has a proven track record of driving growth, fostering high-performing sales organizations and developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
Starr’s Salesforce experience includes defining and redefining sales processes, implementing offerings and IP, transforming pitch techniques, implementing new delivery methodologies, building and expanding networking opportunities, acquiring and growing customer base, understanding and solving customers’ needs, coaching and mentoring sellers and leaders and tightly collaborating with Marketing and Delivery along the way.
Prior to joining Acquis, Starr was the Senior Director of Salesforce Sales at Plative, where she grew, developed and expanded their Salesforce practice; implemented several organizational wide processes and helped more than double the team size and revenue. Prior to that, Starr served as the Head of Sales for Fortimize where she oversaw the Sales Organization including introducing a Business Development Program and acquiring some of their most fruitful customers.
Starr was born and raised in New York City and is a proud Michigan Alum (Go Blue!). She is an avid traveler, NY sports and big foodie. When not working, you can find her making the most of what Manhattan and the world have to offer, likely with a Pinot Noir in her hand!
