David Ducharme

David is all in on human potential. He believes that our greatest joys occur when we build others.  And if we’re going to fail, let’s at least fail attempting to do something ambitious.  This belief fuels how he thinks about systems, processes, products, and client work.    

David is a Principal at Acquis Cortico-X.  He is known for helping his clients rethink their customer experience and ensure that the magic of a human-to-human experience does not get lost in our effort to digitally transform.  His clients value his ability to think strategically while still getting involved in the details of execution.  Collaboration and trust are hallmarks of David’s leadership.

Prior to Acquis, David was a Managing Consultant at Gallup where he architected and led large multi-year client engagements in tech, sports, medical device, and health systems. His work focused on voice of the customer, culture transformation, and talent strategy. In a previous life he helped start and grow a boutique consulting firm specializing in growth strategy for startups. David holds an MBA and bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University. He was born and raised in San Diego and currently resides in Northern Virginia.  His greatest achievement is being a co-founder with his wife to a family of 3 young, energetic children.
