Kristian is an Engagement Manager at Acquis Consulting. He believes developing authentic and respectful client relationships is foundational to achieving business goals. His expertise resides in delivering strategic business objectives while collaborating effectively across matrixed organizations. Kristian has over two decades of professional experience helping clients develop unique and practical strategies that enhance the resilience of global business operations. When implementing complex enterprise initiatives, Kristian has a proven record of developing risk mitigation strategies that enhance organizational quality and efficiency.

Kristian pairs an understanding of a client’s objectives and desired outcomes with contemporary project management methodologies. His areas of expertise in change management include technology transformation, process re-engineering, business strategy development, post-acquisition integration, commercial launch strategy, program management, and process automation.

Kristian brings over 20 years of professional experience managing enterprise programs at Fortune 100 companies, including Bristol Myers Squibb, Merck, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and JPMorgan Chase. Before joining Acquis, Kristian was the Managing Principal for a boutique consulting firm, Sardis Consultants, which focused on transforming business operations in healthcare and life sciences. In addition to his corporate expertise, Kristian was an initial investor in a concierge telemedicine company, Park City Mobile Healthcare (PCMH). His experience at PCMH enabled him to partner with the state of New Mexico to deploy outdoor Wi-Fi to numerous Native Reservations to facilitate telemedicine services at the onset of COVID-19. He is passionate about promoting healthcare innovation, improving rural health outcomes, and addressing the digital divide.

Kristian’s academic accomplishments strengthen his experience, with a Master of Management in Clinical Informatics (MMCi) from Duke School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgetown University. He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), holds a Six Sigma certification, and has earned FINRA Series 7 & 99 licenses.

In his spare time, Kristian volunteers at the non-profit Information Technology Disaster Recovery Center (ITDRC), which partners directly with FEMA to offer crisis relief. He is an avid skier and enjoys hiking, biking, and exploring the outdoors with his wife and three grown children.
