Aarushi Desai

Aarushi is a thoughtful, people-oriented consulting professional passionate about helping organizations solve complex challenges through collaboration and strategic problem-solving. She is a hardworking, driven professional with a positive, adaptable mindset who is always eager to learn and grow in new ways. Known for her interpersonal skills and ability to navigate fast-paced environments, Aarushi approaches her work with curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Aarushi draws on her experience in public sector consulting, combining strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, and strong storytelling skills to develop impactful deliverables and communicate complex ideas clearly. Her collaborative approach and focus on relationship-building enable her to foster strong client partnerships and support meaningful organizational change.

Prior to joining Acquis, Aarushi worked at Guidehouse, where she supported state and local government clients across operational transformation, strategic planning, and change management initiatives. She also held two internships with Guidehouse's Public Sector Financial Services segment. Aarushi earned both her Master of Public Policy and Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from William & Mary.

Aarushi currently lives in New York City. Outside of work, Aarushi enjoys taking workout classes, traveling, and discovering new bakeries and coffee shops.
