For 20+ years, Kerby has helped executives solve their most critical problems by developing and implementing actionable strategies that empower organizations.

Kerby believes in leading with empathy and ensuring the employee and client experience provided at and by Acquis epitomizes the preeminence of its people-first mantra.

Prior to joining Acquis, Kerby was a Managing Director at DRT Strategies, a boutique management consulting firm based in Washington, DC. He managed DRT’s Law Enforcement and Homeland Security Sector.

Kerby holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgetown University and Bachelors of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing Management from Virginia Tech. Kerby also served as an adjunct professor of Management at Virginia Tech. Kerby is a Southerner by birth and thinks every man should own a bow tie (and know how to tie it), a pair of Nantucket reds, and a Zac Brown Band album. He lives in Arlington, VA with his wife Meredith and their four children, Emerson, Yardley, Poppy, and Hampton.
