Is GBS right for our organization given our size and where we are today?

GBS is one model on a broader spectrum of shared services maturity, and it is not the right destination for every organization at every stage. Smaller or less complex organizations may find significantly more value in coordinated services or a focused shared service center than in a fully integrated GBS model.
