An avid traveler, Eric subscribes to the philosophy that in work and life, the journey of getting somewhere is just as important as the final destination. Eric is a Managing Director at Acquis, with over 15 years of strategic and operational consulting experience. As leader of Acquis’ Cost Management practice and co-lead of the Procurement Services practice, Eric likes to challenge the idea of constraints, pushing organizations to think beyond traditional possibilities. Plagued by an unyielding sense of curiosity and an obsession for new challenges, Eric also has strong subject matter expertise in a variety of other areas, such as post-merger integration, corporate strategy, supply chain strategy, and start-up advisory services.
Eric holds a BBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Emory University, where he graduated valedictorian. Prior to joining Acquis in 2003, he spent several years with Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy Group and the Mitchell Madison Group.
Eric is an entrepreneur at heart and applies this unique perspective to conventional projects. Whether he is helping to stand-up a procurement function at a large health sciences company, or helping a leading education provider develop innovative ways to reinvigorate one of their flagship products, Eric infuses both creativity and analytics into each solution. A true data nerd back in the day, Eric can often be heard encouraging his teams to dig in and use existing data to discover new ways of looking at issues. His methodical approach provides comfort to clients, while his visionary mindset challenges them to explore new boundaries.
