Debra believes that building deep lasting relationships with her clients and colleagues elevates the working environment, creating that spark of excitement that drives passion and innovation. With over 20 years of experience managing large-scale, complex engagements Debra is a seasoned leader who thrives on challenge.

Since joining Acquis in 2004, Debra has led some of the firm’s largest projects and is known for her strong project management, people development, and practice leadership skills. As the leader of Acquis’ Technology Solutions Business Unit, she is passionate about building successful technology partnerships and helping them flourish. Debra previously led the Corporate Travel, Expense, Meetings & Payments practice and is a Certified Purchasing Card Professional and Global Travel Professional.

Debra has successfully led engagements in the areas of process improvement, corporate travel, commercial cards, business analytics, shared services, post-merger integration, procurement, and the full lifecycle of deploying integrated technology solutions. She is particularly adept at managing sensitive environments and enabling clients to achieve business objectives on time and on budget.

Prior to joining Acquis, Debra worked for BearingPoint, Inc. and Andersen Business Consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Binghamton University’s School of Management, and was a graduate of its PwC Scholars program.

Debra lives in the New York City area with her husband, two kids, and their new puppy.  As a family of avid skiers, they are always excited for the next snow day.
