Colin believes change works best when it feels human. He helps leaders navigate transformation by blending empathy, storytelling, and practicality to turn complex initiatives into experiences people can actually connect with and enjoy.
His work spans organizational transformation, change management, culture, and leadership enablement, with experience leading global teams and supporting large-scale technology and learning programs across industries including healthcare, utilities, technology, consumer products, and the public sector.
Before joining Acquis, Colin held consulting roles at Protiviti, Accenture, and Deloitte, partnering with clients on enterprise transformation efforts while contributing to thought leadership and initiatives focused on behavioral science, the future of work, and modern leadership.
Colin holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from King’s College. Outside of work, he spends time in the Lehigh Valley with his wife, Stephanie, and their three kids, creating podcast content, performing on stage, and cheering on his favorite football and soccer teams.
