Claudy Joseph

Senior Accounting Analyst

“Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better.”

Pat Riley

As a former basketball player, Claudy knows that athletes make some of the best colleagues because they tend to be goal-oriented team players with effective leadership and communication skills. Claudy strives to apply these skills every day, on the court or in the office.

As a Senior Accounting Analyst at Acquis, Claudy’s responsibilities include preparing financial reports, auditing expense reports, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. He oversees the month-end closing process, preparing client invoices and analyzing vendor bills. Claudy resolves discrepancies, liaises with client and vendor contacts, and produces analytical reports as needed. He played an integral role in the implementation of Acquis’s PSA system.

Prior to joining Acquis, Claudy worked as a Business Operations and Finance Coordinator at Super Fan Fundraising, a start-up in Fort Lauderdale, FL. His responsibilities included financial reporting, bookkeeping, vendor relations, customer service, marketing, database management, and day-to-day business operations. He was a true jack of all trades.

Claudy holds a BBA in business law with a minor in finance from the University of Miami (go Canes!). As a South Florida native, Claudy is an avid Miami sports fan with strong opinions on the northeast competition. He enjoys playing with dogs, rocking out to Taylor Swift, and exploring everything NYC has to offer.
