As a Principal at Acquis Consulting, Courtney brings an accomplished eighteen-year career with a proven track record in strategic procurement, systems implementations, operations management, and supplier relations. Courtney has consistently delivered exceptional results by leading cross-functional teams, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and fostering collaborative cultures. Known for her ability to achieve substantial cost savings and navigate complex negotiations, Courtney is a strategic leader in the field of procurement and supply chain management.

Courtney’s exposure to international, multi-site, and complex organizations, as well as both public and private corporate and middle-market companies, has equipped her with a deep understanding of Source-to-Pay business transformation. She is not only comfortable rolling up her sleeves in every phase of the process but also places a strong emphasis on effective change management, ensuring that all Acquis customers are positioned for success. Prior to her tenure at Acquis, Courtney was a member of the CrossCountry Consulting team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and International Business from New York University.
