Acquis Consulting Group (Acquis) ranked #25 on the Fortune Best Workplaces in New York 2026 list, compiled by Great Place to Work®. The recognition marks the fourth consecutive year Acquis has appeared on the list.
The list is based on confidential employee survey data collected by Great Place to Work, evaluating workplace culture, leadership effectiveness, and organizational values across more than one million employee surveys nationwide. Acquis employees gave the firm a 94% approval rating compared to a 57% average at a typical U.S. company.
"Consulting is inherently a people business, and the quality of the work depends on the people doing it," said Kerby Houff, Chief Executive Officer at Acquis. "We invest heavily in our people and culture because it directly shapes the value we deliver to clients. When people want to be here, stay here, and do their best work here, clients feel that in every engagement."
The survey data reflects that connection. Ninety-eight percent of Acquis employees said customers would rate the firm's service as "excellent."
Acquis has built its model around the premise that strategy, execution, and technology should not operate separately. The firm's Think+Do approach keeps teams embedded through implementation, helping clients move from planning to measurable value faster. That model depends on retaining experienced operators and consultants who understand both the strategic and operational realities of transformation work.
The recognition adds to a series of recent workplace honors, including #17 in Fortune Best Workplaces in New York 2025, #20 in Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services 2025, and #28 in Fortune Best Medium Workplaces 2024.
