Acquis Named a Best Firm to Work For for the 13th Year

For the 13th year, Acquis Consulting Group (Acquis) has been named a Best Small Firm to Work For by Consulting Magazine. The firm ranked #8 on this year’s list. The recognition is based on surveys completed by Acquis employees across six priority areas: culture, career development, work-life balance, client engagement, compensation and benefits, and firm leadership. 

As firms race to keep pace with innovation, consistency can quietly become a compromise. The first tradeoffs leaders make are often the ones employees feel first: culture, work-life balance, learning and development, and the quality of leadership itself.  

"Our growth has always been fueled by our people, and as we've scaled, keeping our culture intact has been a priority," shared Joanna Sears, Chief Operating Officer. For Acquis CEO Kerby Houff, the firm's consistency carries personal significance. "I first heard of Acquis through Consulting Magazine. That was 15 years ago," he reflects.
