Reinhardt is a dedicated and adaptable management consultant with a proven record of leading strategic transformation initiatives across procurement, operations, and organizational development. He partners with clients to conduct in-depth analyses of current business landscapes, identify core challenges, and design tailored strategies that enhance efficiency, drive cost savings, and support long-term growth. Reinhardt’s expertise spans end-to-end project management, process optimization, stakeholder alignment, and change management, ensuring that each engagement delivers impactful, measurable outcomes aligned with the client’s vision.

Before joining Acquis, Reinhardt was a Consulting Manager in GEP’s Procurement Strategy group, where he collaborated with clients to redefine category strategies and spearhead end-to-end sourcing initiatives. He also helped clients transform their procurement departments through implementation of robust governance policies that emphasize stakeholder engagement and enablement.

Prior to his time at GEP, Reinhardt held the position of Senior Associate within IBM’s Procurement Strategy group. During this time, he leveraged diverse client data sources to develop and implement actionable insights, enabling clients to meet ambitious procurement goals and enhance operational efficiency at an enterprise level

Reinhardt earned his dual degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs, from North Carolina State University. When he’s not at his desk, you’ll often find Reinhardt headed to the airport or exploring a new city, fulfilling his passion for travel, immersing himself in new cultures, and connecting with people.
