Eshean Cho

Eshean is an Engagement Manager at Acquis Consulting Group, where she partners with leading life sciences organizations to drive operational excellence, program management, and technology-enabled transformation.

With a background spanning life sciences, financial services, and the nonprofit sector, Eshean combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach to execution. She has a proven ability to bridge vision and delivery - structuring complex programs, streamlining operational workflows, and fostering the cross-functional collaboration needed to deliver results.

At Acquis, she works closely with life sciences clients on engagements spanning budget management modernization, technology implementation, governance design, and stakeholder communications. Known for quickly building trust with client teams, Eshean serves as a reliable thought partner to leaders navigating long-term, high-stakes initiatives.

Earlier in her career at American Express, Eshean gained broad enterprise experience across U.S. Consumer Card Marketing, Global Merchant Services, Business Transformation, and Digital Marketing - leading cross-organizational initiatives and advising senior executives on business planning, communications, and organizational operations.

Eshean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University and serves on the Board of the Acquis Foundation®. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering in her community and tending to her urban garden, and lives in Brooklyn with her husband and three children.
