Dan is a leader with over 20 years of experience managing organizational change, culture transformation, and people-centered strategy across consulting, nonprofit, and executive leadership environments. He partners closely with senior leaders to design and implement change initiatives that help organizations navigate complexity, align people and strategy, and sustain lasting impact.

Prior to joining Acquis, he was a Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, where he led workforce development and culture transformation engagements for large, complex organizations. He worked in close partnership with C‑suite stakeholders on strategic planning, operating model evolution, employee experience design, and change enablement.

Dan’s approach is grounded in a deep academic and practical foundation in human behavior, organizational culture, and adult learning. He continues to explore the application of emerging technologies to human dynamics—including AI‑enabled tools—to support smarter change. Dan holds graduate degrees in Anthropology and Education, completed doctoral coursework focused on trust and cooperation, and earned a B.A. in Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dan is known for his ability to quickly build trust, bring clarity out of complexity, and serve as a steady thought partner to leaders navigating transformation.

Outside of work, Dan is a father, amateur bass guitarist, and loves to be in the mountains whenever possible.
