SAP Concur featured Acquis Consulting Group Practice Lead Hansini Sharma as a primary expert in its whitepaper, "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles: Navigating Business Travel in a Post-Pandemic World." SAP Concur selected Acquis as one of three strategic partners to co-develop this industry thought leadership piece, positioning Acquis as an authority on post-pandemic travel transformation. 

Sharma discussed the shift from rigid travel policies to trust-based, employee-empowered programs. "I'm seeing more personalization of travel than I've ever seen before; more choices," she explained, describing this transformation. The pandemic served as the catalyst, with Sharma noting how the "universally shared experience" enables new trust-based approaches to travel management. 

Building on this foundation, Sharma addressed compliance as a cornerstone of program success. "When you follow the program, your duty of care is comprehensive," she noted. She also highlighted innovative approaches like enabling personal travel through corporate TMCs.
