Acquis Foundation® Celebrates a Year of Impact in 2024 Annual Report

Acquis Foundation® released its 2024 Annual Report, highlighting a year of significant community impact through strategic partnerships and employee-driven initiatives. The report showcases several key achievements, including Acquis Foundation’s long-standing partnership with the American Cancer Society (ACS). Throughout 2024, Acquis employees actively participated in signature events like Fit2Be, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, and the Financial Services Cares Gala. Acquis won the ACS step challenge for the third consecutive year, with employees collectively accumulating approximately 19 million steps.

Acquis Foundation also deepened its support of StartCare, a community-focused, Black-founded, and BIPOC-operated healthcare organization serving New York since 1969. Acquis employees packed backpacks for StartCare’s annual back-to-school drive, sponsored its 55-Year Gala event, and donated gifts for the Holiday Toy Drive, helping provide 700 toys for the children and grandchildren of StartCare patients.

In addition to its volunteer initiatives, the Foundation launched the Acquis Foundation Internship Program in 2024. In partnership with Metropolitan College of New York and Belmont University, the program creates paid opportunities for students at nonprofit organizations while providing dedicated business mentors from Acquis.

Acquis Foundation strengthened its commitment to inclusion by partnering with Management Leadership for Tomorrow’s (MLT) Experienced Talent Engagement program, integrating MLT’s expertise throughout Acquis’ hiring process to enhance inclusive practices.

Acquis Foundation continues to fulfill its mission of putting people first and leveraging the intellectual power of the Acquis team to amplify economic contributions. Looking ahead, Acquis Foundation is committed to strengthening existing partnerships; seeking new collaboration opportunities; empowering marginalized, disadvantaged, and underserved communities; and maximizing its impact through financial contributions and skills-based volunteering.
