Stephanie Vallet-Sandre

Stephanie builds lasting relationships rooted in trust and authenticity. By combining a strategic mindset with a collaborative approach along with a healthy sense of humor, she has successfully managed some of Acquis’s largest consulting engagements since joining the firm in 2004. She is widely recognized for her ‘grit-and-grace’ leadership and sharp problem-solving abilities.

As Director of Division Operations, Stephanie leverages her extensive delivery experience to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth. Her strategic acumen allows her to build robust systems that balance exceptional client delivery with team wellbeing. Stephanie’s leadership philosophy centers on cultivating an environment where innovation and operational rigor work in tandem to produce meaningful business outcomes.

Before Acquis, Stephanie held roles at Siegel & Gale and Bristol-Myers Squibb. She holds an MBA from Duke University and a B.S. in Business and Marketing from Cornell University. Stephanie lives in New Jersey with her husband, two daughters, and their Labradoodle, Remy. Outside of work, she enjoys adventures with her family, her husband’s culinary creations, long walks with the dog, and diving into a great audiobook.
