Nancy’s unique expertise lies in her ability to understand how to build new businesses and transform existing ones. To that end, she partners with clients across industries to find sources of sustainable growth and capture them. She guides both planning and execution, ensuring that efforts achieve their goals and create value.

Nancy’s background is in mergers and acquisitions, data analytics, supply chain management, program management, and human-centered design. She currently focuses on strategy, operations, commercialization excellence, and transformational change.

Nancy’s recent experiences span from helping shape business portfolios and designing operating models to streamlining complex processes and improving organizational performance. Project work includes restructuring an organization to scale alongside the business, orchestrating the global rollout of a new integrated brand planning framework, serving as a Chief of Staff at a Top 10 pharmaceuticals company, managing a cross-continental alliance to launch a new therapy, building financial models for private equity firms, and estimating the associated cost savings of automating processes for a frozen food manufacturer.

Prior to joining Acquis, Nancy worked in PwC’s M&A advisory practice and Johnson & Johnson’s customer and logistics services group. Nancy has a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma, Women’s Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, and Behavioral Science in Business.
