With an early passion for building, Kit taught herself how things work — from code to complex systems — and found joy in crafting solutions that are immediately useful, a little more elegant, and a little more true. That drive has shaped a career spent helping leaders navigate uncertainty, scale with intention, and better understand the people they serve. 

Kit is a bridge between vision and execution. She’s known for translating complexity into clarity and vision into action, designing strategies that are deeply collaborative, context-aware, and built to last. With calm in the chaos and a bias toward action, she helps organizations unlock the full potential of their people, data, and ideas.  

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kit has a particular passion for the invisible architecture of the world around us. She is energized by emergent technologies, decentralized systems, and the quiet power of design to shape culture and behavior. Kit believes that the most powerful solutions are the ones that involve compassion — and that true progress begins with courage — to imagine, to listen deeply, to challenge what is for the sake of what could be. She believes that meaningful change happens when we make space for others, create with care, and collaborate with the unshakable hope that a better world is always worth building. 

When she is not at work, Kit is usually outside. Most often, reading, skiing, or riding her bike as fast as she can around Lake Michigan.
