Justin is an Associate at Acquis Consulting Group specializing in business process reengineering, customer experience optimization, and performance measurement and reporting. By combining his engineering background with his people-first mindset, Justin is able to approach problems objectively, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop value-added solutions. He thrives in a fast-paced environment and is an excellent communicator with the ability to explain complex analytical results in a concise and easy-to-understand manner.
Before joining Acquis, Justin worked at JRD & Associates, an industrial engineering management consulting firm, where he assisted federal and municipal government agencies in continuous improvement initiatives, organizational design, and stakeholder outreach. Justin holds a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami. Outside of work, Justin enjoys playing golf, watching sports, traveling, and cooking.
