Bryan Rogers

A native of Southern California, Bryan landed in New York City in 2017, and hasn’t looked back – though he’s often told he hasn’t yet put in the required ten years to call himself a “New Yorker”. Bicycling, traveling (anywhere, everywhere) with his husband and daughter, dogs, and jazz music feed his soul, alongside his longtime work in the field of people and human resources.
Bryan is People Operations Director at Acquis, with more than 20 years of experience in human resources, workforce development, and employee relations. His career in human resources includes experience with the US Department of Labor, Bloomingdale’s, local governments, and the global non-profit Access Now, with teams distributed across 30 countries.
Throughout his career, he has worked to foster a diverse and inclusive culture for his teams. As Director at Acquis, Bryan leads on people-centered strategy and execution to help develop, motivate, and retain the team at Acquis, championing company culture and our core value of “People First”. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral and Social Science from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Brandman University. He is credentialed by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a SHRM Certified Professional.
