Andrew Keenan

As Vice President of Acquis Consulting Group, Andrew leads the firm's Global Business Services & Shared Services practice. For 15+ years, Andrew has helped C-suite executives across healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology, retail, and more tackle their most complex operating model, workforce, and technology challenges, translating strategy into measurable operational and financial outcomes.

Andrew believes the best transformations are grounded in honesty - in goal-setting, strategic alignment, and a clear-eyed sense of what's practical and achievable. Central to his approach is designing the operating model to fit the company, not forcing the company to fit the model. He is known for bridging strategy and execution with directness, pragmatism, and a refusal to hide behind consultant jargon.

His work spans end-to-end shared services transformations, organizational redesigns, AI-enabled service delivery, and revenue operations transformations all designed to reduce cost-to-serve while improving service quality.

Prior to Acquis, Andrew was a Consultant at Satori Consulting in New York, where he led teams at Fortune 50 pharmaceutical and Fortune 100 financial services clients. He also serves on the Board of Directors of FreightRoll, a logistics technology company.

Andrew holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from The New School in New York City and is a former professional musician. Outside of work, he still plays music and enjoys woodworking and gardening at his home in New Jersey with his wife, two children, and two dogs.
