Fight for the things that you care about, but do it in a way that will lead others to join you.
Kristina’s foundation in education has sharpened her ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear, actionable insights while fostering structured problem-solving and streamlined operations. Just as she once guided students in understanding new ideas, she applies that same precision to contract negotiations and legal frameworks, driving strategic outcomes that strengthen Acquis’ success.
As the central coordinator for Acquis’ Legal Department, Kristina facilitates seamless communication between business partners and legal counsel, ensuring efficient resolution of legal matters. She also oversees the contract lifecycle management process and contributes to specialized legal initiatives, ensuring her efforts support both company-wide goals and departmental initiatives.
Prior to joining Acquis, Kristina worked at APEX Analytix, LLC, where she facilitated cross-departmental contract negotiations, providing strategic recommendations that balanced client needs with company interests while ensuring timely approvals. She also played a key role in optimizing APEX’s contract management process, streamlining operations to accelerate transactions and significantly reducing contract processing time.
Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Penn State University’s School of Education, a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Villanova University’s ABA-approved Paralegal Education Program within the School of Law and is a nationally Certified Paralegal (CP®) through NALA – The Paralegal Association.
Away from her professional responsibilities, Kristina unwinds on the beaches of Brunswick County, North Carolina, where the tranquil coastline provides a refreshing escape from the structured world of law.
