Niki Dorsey

Niki is an Alliance Manager at Acquis Consulting, supporting the Coupa practice. With over 20 years of experience in client relations, business development, and people management, she excels at building and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive long-term growth. Known for her collaborative approach and results-driven mindset, Niki has led cross-functional teams across diverse industries to achieve measurable outcomes. She thrives in dynamic environments and brings a unique ability to connect people, ideas, and opportunities. 

Over Niki's 20+ year career, she has developed skills and knowledge in a variety of industries, including corporate travel, client services, project management, sales and alliances.   

Prior to Acquis, Niki worked at Coupa Software as an Alliance Director. During her time at Coupa Niki managed 10 sales teams, 98 mid-market Account Executives across NA & Canada and supported 11 regional implementation partners. She led partners and Coupa sales in regional business development efforts and managed joint account mapping and provided thought leadership to drive growth and new opportunities involving existing or potential new partners. 

Niki has always had a passion to help others and make a difference along the way. Her 23 years in the Army Reserves were not only fundamental to her focus on excellence but also represent her proudest professional achievement, promotion to acting First Sergeant in recognition of her core values in leadership, delivering results, and creating a collaborative environment. She has a Travel and Hospitality certificate from Connecticut Academy of Travel, an Associate Degree in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from the University of South Florida.  

Niki resides in Washington state with her husband, Brian, son, Connor, and their variety of animals. Outside of work, she can be found exploring the mountains with her family, running the trails with her friends or drinking a nice glass of wine on her back deck.
