Michelle Zuidema

Michelle is a Senior Project Manager within Acquis’ Technology Solutions organization, overseeing Coupa implementations for clients. Michelle is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in project and program management, specializing in operational efficiency and software implementation. She prides herself on creating environments that support creative solutioning of complex problems and obtaining cross-functional alignment to achieve strategic goals.

Prior to joining Acquis, she served as a Senior Manager at Onbe, where she led a team of implementation program managers to ensure swift and accurate onboarding of new clients and programs. Michelle established best practices, quality standards, and project execution methodologies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy solutions seamlessly. 

Prior to Onbe, Michelle worked at CrossCountry Consulting as an Associate Director, overseeing project management excellence and leading mid-market delivery efforts across the Central US. Her responsibilities included guiding project teams through system implementations, operational improvements, and strategic roadmaps, while managing and directing the performance of senior consultants and managing consultants. Michelle also played a pivotal role in business development, fostering client relationships, and expanding service offerings. 

Earlier in her career, Michelle held the role of Delivery Practice Leader at Open Systems Technologies, Inc., where she implemented delivery best practices and led large-scale technology initiatives across multiple domains. Her expertise extends to program management, risk mitigation, and problem resolution in complex, high-visibility projects. 

Michelle holds certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Coupa Platform Certification, Coupa Expense Certification, and Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager. She is known for her strategic insights, collaborative leadership style, and ability to drive efficiency and automation enhancements through process improvements and change management initiatives.
