Megan is an Engagement Manager at Acquis with a wide range of experience within the life sciences, professional services and healthcare industry. Megan is a people-centric leader, focused on motivating organizations to bring clarity to strategy, to strive for operational excellence, and to implement fit-for-purpose solutions while realizing and embracing the positive powers of change.
Before joining Acquis, Megan was a Senior Manager of Strategic Operations at Foundation Medicine, where she supported the Clinical & Scientific Operations organization to drive organizational improvement and operating model strategies centered around enabling people, process and data-utility. Prior to Foundation, Megan served as an Organizational Design and Transformation consultant at a boutique life sciences consultancy, Halloran Consulting Group. At Halloran, Megan served as an internal and external consultant - leading and supporting a breadth of transformation engagements, focused on strengthening organizational effectiveness, leveraging data insights to inform opportunities for continuous improvement, and executing on key strategic initiatives.
Megan has a B.S. in Medical Laboratory Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her family & friends, reading, listening to podcasts and enjoying the outdoors (when New England weather cooperates). Megan currently resides in Massachusetts with her husband, and their canine companions.
