Mark Thever

Mark is a seasoned management consultant and entrepreneur. The driving force behind his professional endeavors is to constantly be an agent of change, identifying opportunities for advancements and improvements, and generating consumer-centric solutions.

Mark is a Senior Associate at Acquis with experience in consumer goods, life sciences including medical devices and diagnostics, and complex technology including semiconductors and data management solutions. Mark has over 10 years of managerial, consulting, and entrepreneurial experience covering a variety of functional areas including product development optimization, business excellence, and corporate and business strategy. Mark has authored several thought-leadership articles on varied topics such as pipeline and resource management, Industry 4.0 manufacturing strategy, time-to-market reduction, product strategy, and requirements management. Mark strongly believes that successful business solutions and robust practices are created by starting with the end user in mind.

Prior to joining Acquis, Mark founded a consumer-packaged goods business that produced better-for-you beverages for consumers seeking to reduce or eliminate their alcohol consumption. He served as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Before his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mark was a management consultant at Accel Management Group with a concentration on Fortune 500 clients in the medical device and semiconductor industries. 

Mark earned his MBA, MS (Biology), and BS (Biology) from the University of California, San Diego and he is a certified New Product Development Professional.
