As Director of Employee Engagement and Learning at Acquis, she's passionate about supporting the professional development of the Acquis team by leading initiatives that strengthen our team's connection to our mission and to each other.
Prior to joining Acquis, Emily honed her negotiation skills as a consultant at The Gap Partnership, a boutique firm working with Consumer Package Goods commercial teams to find creative solutions to their toughest negotiation challenges. She moved through a number of roles, eventually being named the North American Operations and Human Resources lead. Prior to her time at Gap Partnership, she was the PMO lead for IT at Sun Chemical. Her consulting career began at Arthur Andersen, where she specialized in change management and organizational development.
Emily holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design Systems from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Iowa. With three boys, two dogs, and a cat, Emily's life is a delightfully controlled chaos. When she's not crafting the next team development initiative, she can be found at live music venues around NYC, tending to her bee colonies, or crafting homemade wine with her husband.
