Davis Daniel

In his role as a Solutions Architect, Davis brings a wealth of technical proficiency and strategic insight. Certified in multiple Coupa modules and experienced in integrating complex systems, Davis is passionate about optimizing client processes and building unique solutions to support their business. His blend of technical expertise, leadership, and dedication drives Davis to deliver exceptional client value. 

In his previous role at CrossCountry Consulting, Davis advanced from an undergraduate hire to a leader within the Coupa Technology Solutions practice. His tenure was marked by successful end – to - end implementations, health checks, and enhancements across a diverse client base. As the leader of their Coupa Contract Lifecycle Management Center for Excellence, he developed project methodologies and trained new hires, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and knowledge sharing.  

Notably, Davis led one of the firm's largest Coupa implementations for a Fortune 500 regional utility company. This 19-month project spanned five modules, 3,500 users, and 28 integrations while achieving 82% electronic invoicing rates within three months of Go Live and integrating existing efficient direct spend processes. 

Davis's project management and design leadership extended to other significant engagements, such as a comprehensive P2P process redesign for a Fortune 1000 government professional services provider, resulting in an 85% increase in PO compliance and streamlined invoice approvals. He also played a crucial role in deploying CLMs across 25+ countries for a global professional and information services provider while developing an expansion playbook for onboarding internationally acquired companies onto their primary Coupa P2P platform.  

Davis graduated in 2019 from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce concentrating in Management, Information Technology, and Business Analytics. He is currently based in Arlington, Virginia and in his free time can often be found searching for a breakfast sandwich or training to defend his intramural kickball title.
