David Gidley

David brings a unique perspective to procure-to-pay transformations, combining deep technical expertise with real-world operational experience from both the consulting and client side. David has made a career out of solving complex business challenges by leveraging his process knowledge and collaborative approach to deliver creative solutions for optimizing procurement operations. 

David is a Solutions Architect at Acquis based out of Vermont with over nine years of experience in enterprise technology and procure-to-pay operations. Certified in several Coupa modules, David brings expertise in implementing solutions across the platform that best fits his client's needs. 

David comes to Acquis with 3+ years of consulting experience leading Coupa implementations. His experience in owning different roles ranging from procurement systems manager to consultant to product manager gives him a unique perspective on business process designs and configurations. Before beginning his journey as a consultant, he managed comprehensive procurement operations including Coupa administration, travel and expense programs, supplier management, and detailed spend reporting for 5+ years. 

David attended Wentworth Institute of Technology where he received his B.S. in Business Management. In his spare time, he likes to travel to national parks, play board games with friends and family, and explore the latest in smart home technology.
