Bridget Stout

Bridget is a people-first leader who brings both strategic rigor and genuine care to HR. She believes that when employees feel truly supported - not just by policies, but by people who understand their challenges - they create extraordinary outcomes for clients and the business.

As Vice President of People at Acquis Consulting Group, Bridget leads the full employee lifecycle across the firm's distributed operations. She thrives on the complexity of supporting a sophisticated consulting workforce, balancing compliance requirements with the human touch that makes people operations feel less like bureaucracy and more like partnership. Bridget champions tailored solutions over one-size-fits-all approaches, designing systems that work for real people in real situations.

Before joining Acquis in 2025, Bridget spent nearly seven years at Left Right, most recently as SVP of People. Prior to that, she supported globally distributed teams as Director of Human Resources & Operations at iEARN-USA, an international education nonprofit. What drew Bridget to Acquis was simple: a firm that truly lives its people-first philosophy in daily practice.

Bridget holds an MBA from Penn State Great Valley and a BA in Art History and Italian Studies from Dickinson College. She lives in the Bronx with her husband, daughter, and three cats, and enjoys reading, cooking, and gardening.
