Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome.
- Brené Brown

Billy is a People First leader who believes transformative change happens when organizations blend human wisdom with technological innovation. In a world where change is the only constant, he specializes in human-centered transformations that help teams navigate digital evolution while staying grounded in purpose. With deep consulting expertise across multiple industries, Billy reimagines how supply chains and operations can leverage emerging technologies without losing sight of the people they serve. His approach ensures that as organizations adopt new innovations, they strengthen rather than strain human connections – because sustainable excellence comes from empowering people to lead change, not just adapt to it.

Billy is a Senior Associate at Acquis, based in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. His consulting journey reflects a commitment to human-centered transformation, with expertise spanning technology innovation, supply chain optimization, and strategic change management across Fortune 500 clients.

Since joining Acquis in 2023, Billy has expanded his impact by leading complex change initiatives across diverse programs and industries. Working with Fortune 100 clients, he has developed a reputation for navigating organizational challenges while keeping people at the heart of every solution. His approach combines strategic thinking with genuine empathy, ensuring that large-scale transformations strengthen both operational excellence and team cohesion.

Prior to Acquis, Billy honed his foundation at Accenture's Life Sciences Supply Chain division, where he first discovered that the most successful transformations happen when people are placed at the center of change. This early experience solidified his belief that sustainable business impact comes from investing in people as much as processes.

Billy holds a Bachelor of Science in Project & Supply Chain Management from Penn State University, where he first developed his passion for understanding how systems and people intersect. A firm believer that leadership extends beyond the boardroom, Billy lives his People First philosophy through active community service and nonprofit work. He finds inspiration in the DIY ethos of punk rock, the strategic complexity of Magic: The Gathering, and weekend outdoor adventures – each offering unique perspectives that fuel his innovative approach to consulting. Whether volunteering in his community or exploring new trails, Billy is always finding ways to connect with people and recharge his creative energy.
