As a strategic change enabler, Amber Lewis specializes in guiding organizations through complex transitions with clarity, structure, and impact. She is a consultant with cross-industry experience, with deep expertise in Public Sector and Products, Change Management, Organizational Design, and Project Management.

Originally from Providence, RI, Amber moved to Washington, D.C. to attend Howard University, where she earned her BBA in Management. She later completed her Master’s in Executive Leadership at Liberty University and has since established her career in the DMV area. 

Prior to joining Acquis, Amber started her consulting career at Accenture. Known for her ability to lead teams, manage strategic initiatives, and align diverse stakeholders, Amber consistently delivers results that elevate both people and performance. Outside of work, she is a proud mother to her 7-year-old son, Liam, who remains her greatest motivation.
