With regulatory concerns mounting over compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), a Fortune 500 consumer products company needed to find a way to consolidate disparate systems and processes to increase T&E policy compliance globally.

Acquis partnered with the client to increase the speed of deploying the 40+ markets on decentralized T&E systems and processes to a standardized, automated T&E system. Acquis managed the global deployment of SAP Concur Travel & Expense to 40+ markets across all geographic regions, gathered and reconciled multinational requirements and designed the global model standard for the system, developed global production support procedures, back office processes, end-user training materials, and communications, outlined a global reporting approach and developed global compliance reports, and created communications, developed training, and led the rollout of system-wide compliance changes.
Results
We successfully standardized 15,000 users from all divisions and business units on Concur Travel & Expense globally. We helped the client gain visibility into their $11.5 million in T&E spend and 12,400 expense reports monthly, enabling consistent T&E transactional processing and support procedures. We increased T&E compliance and local market knowledge of FCPA process and policies globally.
