Acquis Foundation® published its 2025 Annual Report, reflecting a year marked by strengthened partnerships, expanded volunteerism, and a clear strategy for greater impact in 2026.
Throughout 2025, Acquis Foundation deepened its collaboration with the American Cancer Society (ACS), supporting cancer research and patient services through fundraising and awareness initiatives. Acquis participated in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, Hope Lodge Bash, Financial Services Cares Gala, and Gary Shedland Memorial Golf Classic. Employees also captured their third consecutive Fit2Be championship for most steps per employee, underscoring sustained engagement in support of the fight against cancer.
Direct service remained a cornerstone of the Foundation’s work. The Acquis Foundation Internship Program, developed in partnership with Metropolitan College of New York (MCNY) and Belmont University, continued through 2025. Mentors and mentees built relationships that often extended beyond formal program requirements with several mentors choosing to continue their support after mentees’ internships concluded.
Hands-on volunteerism also expanded during the year. In November, Acquis team members served more than 250 meals at The Bowery Mission, engaging directly with New Yorkers experiencing homelessness. The Foundation also supported the Mission’s Compassionate Care Program funding 857 additional meals for individuals facing crisis.
Acquis Foundation maintained its commitment to StartCare, sponsoring 200 backpacks filled with school supplies for students whose families are in substance use treatment and recovery programs. Additional support included contributions to StartCare’s Hot Meals initiative during the holidays and a December collection drive for teen holiday gifts.
Internationally, Acquis’ global team hosted a holiday fundraising campaign benefiting Save the Children, extending the Foundation’s reach beyond the United States.
Two key initiatives position the Foundation for expanded impact in 2026. Acquis Foundation finalized a new partnership with Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) to help connect underrepresented students with career pathways in high-paying industries. In addition, the Foundation developed its first competitive grant program, set to launch in early 2026. The program is designed to identify and fund organizations delivering measurable community outcomes.
Acquis Foundation leverages the expertise and engagement of the Acquis team to create economic opportunity and empower underserved communities through strategic partnerships, financial contributions, and skills-based volunteering.
