Acquis Practice Lead Discusses Post-Pandemic Travel Transformation on SAP Concur Podcast

Acquis Consulting Group Practice Lead Hansini Sharma was featured as the primary expert guest on the SAP Concur Conversations podcast, positioning the post-pandemic moment as a transformational opportunity to rebuild corporate travel programs from the ground up. Sharma co-hosted the episode "Post-Pandemic Wanderlust? Sharma highlighted the unprecedented level of employee empowerment now occurring in corporate travel. "I'm seeing the most personalization of travel I've ever seen now," she explained, noting how organizations are empowering employees to make their own travel decisions rather than issuing mandates. Sharma believes this transformation requires industry-wide collaboration and emphasized the significant opportunity ahead. "Sometimes some of the smallest edits lead to the broadest strokes of impact," Sharma stated. If companies rebuild programs with employee experience and trust at the center, there is an incredible opportunity to make such impacts.
