Trained as an industrial engineer, Malik sees the glass as neither half-full nor half-empty; instead, he designs the glass to be just the right size. He couples his engineering background and business strategy experience to achieve successful, bottom-line improvements on each client engagement.
Malik comes to Acquis with more than 15 years of strategy and operational improvement experience at global, Fortune-ranked companies. He has a proven track record in developing strategic planning processes and defining and assessing tactical priorities to allow an organization to achieve its goals.
Before joining Acquis, Malik held senior consulting positions with Booz Allen and Deloitte Consulting where he delivered Continuous Process Improvement strategy consulting to federal government agencies.
Malik’s skill set includes business and organizational reengineering, optimizing overall customer service strategy, and change management. He is proficient in conducting financial analysis and modeling, performance management, and identifying key opportunities and recommendations for improvements. He values collaboration, and always looks to surpass objectives.
Malik graduated from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering with a B.S. in industrial engineering and management science. He has earned national certifications in Lean and Six Sigma.
