Thoughtful and conscientious by nature, Sarah views every engagement as an opportunity to leave a lasting impression.
As an engineer and child of a consultant, Sarah knows organizational efficiency is not about working harder, faster, or stronger--it's about working smarter. She approaches each assignment from a process optimization standpoint—working directly with clients to listen to their business needs, and providing recommendations that will ultimately make their strategic decisions a reality.
Sarah’s desire to make a difference drew her to consulting. The challenges she helps clients tackle ultimately yield more far-reaching results. Whether it’s getting a child access to medical treatment or providing a job opportunity to someone in a developing country, Sarah sees the ripple effect client service has on the global economy.
Sarah has experience in the life sciences and healthcare sectors, supporting multinational corporations while they implement operating model enhancements and cost saving measures. Sarah specializes in organization strategy, data analytics, and program management.
