Patrick Yang

Born in Seoul and raised in New York, Patrick has spent his whole life seamlessly navigating multiple cultures. Just as he takes pride in his origin while remaining eager to move forward, he helps companies maintain their core values while improving.

In addition to intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, and work ethic – the foundations for a successful consulting career – Patrick possesses a unique empathy that motivates him to embrace his clients fully and take personal pride in their success. As a result, Patrick is always willing to go the extra mile.

Patrick first joined Acquis as a summer intern and demonstrated his consulting athleticism by tackling multiple projects across the firm. The experience he gained as a consulting generalist intern allows him to adapt to projects across industries and functions. Now an Engagement Manager, Patrick has proven himself an indispensable resource to his project teams.

Outside of work, Patrick’s interests are diverse. His competitiveness and tenacious desire for improvement drive him on the soccer field, while music and dance keep him fresh and energetic.

Before joining Acquis, Patrick earned a B.A. in economics from Amherst College and an M.S. in management studies from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
