Her most recent experience focused on supplier relationship management and supplier diversity program implementation at American Express. These initiatives successfully reduced cost, strengthened relationships with key suppliers, and increased brand recognition within the community.
Deanna began her career as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst in a rotational program at Bristol-Myers Squibb. This gave her experience in media, public relations, systems and contracts compliance, and systems management. She then transitioned to Bayer, where she took on an internal consulting role that acted as a flexible resource that cross-functionally supported high-priority projects. Deanna graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Marketing Sciences.
