With over 15 years of experience managing large-scale, complex engagements, Debra is a seasoned consultant who thrives on challenge.
She is passionate about consulting because of the opportunities it gives her to engage with interesting people, learn new skills, and stay on her toes. Known as a problem-solver, Debra also puts her skills to the test at home where her two kids have taught her the 3Ps––you can never be too prepared, patient, or proactive.
Debra is a Principal and customer account manager who builds deep and lasting relationships with her clients. She has led some of the firm’s largest projects and is known for her strong project management and people development skills. Since joining Acquis in June 2004, Debra has led various internal initiatives such as recruiting, performance management, and financial analysis and strategy. She currently leads Acquis’ Travel, Expense & Meetings practice as well as its Commercial Cards service offering and is a Certified Purchasing Card Professional.
Debra has successfully led engagements in the areas of process improvement, corporate travel, commercial cards, business analytics, shared services, post-merger integration, procurement, and the full lifecycle of deploying integrated technology solutions. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including Advertising, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Products, Insurance, and Not for Profit. She is particularly adept at managing sensitive environments and enabling clients to achieve business objectives on time and on budget.
Prior to joining Acquis, Debra worked for BearingPoint, Inc. and Andersen Business Consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Binghamton University’s School of Management, and was a graduate of its PWC Scholars program.
