Joanna has over 10 years of management consulting experience, specializing in strategic planning and operational improvement.
Her ability to G.S.D. (Get Stuff Done) and navigate complex organizations allows her to successfully manage large-scale initiatives, such as creating an executive-level project review committee and leading a global Project Management Office for the rollout of a travel program to 50 countries.
Joanna joined Acquis in 2005. She has significant experience supporting transformational change within many industries, including Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, Technology, and Financial Services. She is the lead of Acquis’s Technology Solutions practice area and a major contributor to Acquis’s thought leadership on topics such as corporate culture and innovation.
Before joining Acquis, Joanna worked in the Strategic Project Management group at JetBlue Airways on projects ranging from opening up JetBlue’s first international destination, to developing cost-effective procedures to provide meals to the flight crews.
Joanna has traveled for business to 18 countries and lived in the Netherlands for a year. She hopes one day to visit Antarctica with her husband and twins to achieve her goal of visiting all seven continents.
Joanna received her BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, and is PMP certified by the Project Management Institute.
