Doug has a long history of driving progress in new and exciting areas for both client and firm. He takes pride in sensible innovation and business pragmatism.
As a creator of new service lines, and leader of several Acquis affiliate companies such as SSI Strategy, and Solidea, Doug brings a palpable energy to each of his responsibilities. He maintains some of the firm’s longest standing client relationships and builds a special partnership with each role he serves.

Doug has over twenty years of domestic and international management consulting experience. He began his career at Accenture as a Consultant specializing in change management. He was an Engagement Manager and Director at BDO Seidman, LLC, where he forged relationships between the accounting and consulting divisions in project work focused on compliance and regulatory initiatives. Doug joined Acquis in 2004 and quickly ascended to Partner.

Doug currently supports multiple Acquis practice areas, such as New Products and Services and Post Merger Integration, while maintaining key client relationships in the Life Sciences and Government sectors. He maintains a heavy involvement in Acquis operations and is also the President of SSI Strategy, an Acquis affiliate company focused on driving innovation in the evolving role of Medical Affairs and Drug Safety. Doug serves on multiple Boards and is adept at helping client sponsors navigate engagement points with enterprise leadership.

Doug employs creative ingenuity through individually tailored responses to each of his clients. His keen ability to manage complex change initiatives, build new internal competencies, launch new services, and establish new business models has led to many fruitful and long-lasting client relationships. He has vast experience working with Fortune 1000 companies, mid-market companies, emerging companies, and pre-revenue concepts.
