Tara approaches both life and work with a glass half full attitude and lives by the motto “when life gives you lemons, make lemonade (and keep it interesting by adding a twist of cherry)”. Whether tackling a new running trail or strategizing the best design for a new process, Tara is diligent about evaluating all options to ensure success.
Tara’s management consulting experience includes a variety of industries such as retail, consumer goods and products, financial services, and publishing. Tara combines her positive attitude with strategic thinking and problem solving skills to deliver effective and efficient solutions for her clients. A recent sampling of Tara’s projects include project management and process design support, post-merger integration and long-term strategic planning, and e-commerce performance benchmarking.
Prior to joining Acquis, Tara worked for Alvarez & Marsal in the Business Consulting Group where she solved key strategic, operational, and organizational client challenges. Tara has also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Internal Audit Consumer Products Group where she performed business process and IT reviews for various Fortune 500 clients.
Tara graduated Cum Laude from the Villanova School of Business at Villanova University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing, Management, and International Business.
