We at Acquis Consulting Group are committed to protecting your privacy. As part of this commitment, we have adopted the following privacy policy to govern the information that we collect from you on this website (the “Site”).

Types of Information We Collect

We may collect both “personally identifiable information” and “non-personally identifiable information” from you on the Site. Although there could be many types of “personally identifiable information,” examples include your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, and any other information that you may submit to us on a resume or as part of a job request or other request to receive information or do business. There are also many types of “non-personally identifiable information” that we may collect. Examples include your browsing patterns on the Site, the places on the internet that you may visit before or after visiting the Site, your IP address and demographic information.

When you visit the Site, we may send one or more “cookies” to your computer. A "cookie" is a small line of text that is stored with your Web browser, which we use to help provide better service to you. Your browser has options to accept, reject or provide you with notice when a cookie is sent. We may use cookies for many purposes, including, for example, to deliver content specific to your interests. We also may use web beacons, clear GIF’s and other technologies for similar purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We will use your personally identifiable information to respond to your requests. In addition, to the extent that you send us a resume or other information related to a job request, we will use that information to evaluate your request.

If you have not opted out from receiving emails from us, we may use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages. We also may use your email address for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major Site changes or for customer service purposes). You cannot opt out of receiving emails for non-marketing or administrative purposes.

We use non-personally identifiable information for internal purposes and to help us understand demographics and traffic patterns on the Site, and to create similar statistics and analyses.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CONFIDENTIAL PROPOSALS OR BUSINESS PLANS WITHOUT A WRITTEN NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT. ACCORDINGLY, YOU SHOULD NOT SUBMIT ANY CONFIDENTIAL BUSINESS INFORMATION OR PROPOSAL VIA THE SITE, AND ANY INFORMATION REGARDING SUCH MATTERS THAT YOU DO SUBMIT VIA THE SITE MAY NOT BE TREATED AS CONFIDENTIAL OR PROPRIETARY INFORMATION.

How We Share Information

We may share both personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information with our affiliates for the purposes described above, and may share such information with service providers who have an obligation to us to maintain the confidentiality of the information.

If we or one of our affiliates is sold to, or merges with, another company, or declares bankruptcy, some or all of the information collected from you may be transferred to a third party as a result of the transfer of assets. We may also disclose your information when we determine it is necessary to comply with applicable laws or subpoena, or to protect the interests or safety of our employees and representatives as well as others. In addition, we may share non-personally identifiable information in the aggregate form with third parties to illustrate trends and patterns.
